About Suzanne Hoffman

Suzanne Hoffman is a native of Long Island, New York, a graduate of Queens College and Adelphi University, and retired in 2009 from a rewarding career as an art educator of over twenty years. A life long artist, Suzanne has been immersed in the study of art and appreciation. During the course of her career as a teacher in Merrick, N.Y., she has taken many courses, attended conventions and developed and presented art workshops. She is a member of the Nassau County Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of Art, the Islip Museum of Art, the Fire Island Preservation Society, Guild Hall of East Hampton, the Art League of Long Island, Babylon Citizens Council of the Arts and the Pastel Society of America.



Suzanne's paintings reflect a passion for nature's beauty and the spirit of the moment captured.
